Return & Refund Policy

At Genexmart.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. General Policy
Goods once sold will not be taken back unless found defective or as per our return policy.
This policy applies to all products sold through Genexmart.com, unless otherwise noted in the individual product description.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
Eligibility
You may return items that are damaged, defective, or significantly not as described within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Photograph the defect or damage and email it to support@genexmart.com within this period.
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your claim, our Quality Assurance team will verify the defect.
If approved, we will either:
- Send you a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund (including any shipping charges you paid).
3. Change of Mind / Other Returns
Non-defective items may be returned only under the following conditions:
- You notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
Returns for "change of mind" are subject to:
- A restocking fee of up to 10% of the product's sale price.
- Return shipping costs borne by the customer.
4. Returns Process
Request a Return
Log in to your Genexmart.com account, view your order, and click "Request Return".
Select the reason for return and upload any supporting photos (for defects/damage).
Pack & Ship
Use the original packaging or similar protective materials.
Affix the prepaid return label we email you (for defective items) or arrange your own shipping (for other returns).
Inspection & Refund / Replacement
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 3 business days.
You will receive an email notification with the outcome:
- Approved → refund initiated or replacement shipped.
- Rejected → item returned to you (at your cost), with explanation.
5. Refund Timeline
Refund method: Original payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking, wallet).
Processing time:
- 5–7 business days for wallet/bank transfers.
- 7–10 business days for credit/debit card reversals, depending on your bank's policies.
6. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, cosmetics after opening)
- Personal hygiene products (e.g., undergarments, earrings)
- Digital downloads and software once downloaded or accessed
- Clearance or final-sale items (as marked on the product page)
7. Cancellation
You may cancel any order before it is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it enters the Returns Process above.
