Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Genexmart.com, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of products purchased from our platform.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Products: 1-3 business days after order confirmation
  • Custom/Made-to-Order Products: 3-7 business days (as specified on product page)

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

3. Delivery Timelines

Note: Delivery estimates begin after order processing is complete. Remote areas may experience delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping:is available on orders above a minimum value (as specified on product or checkout pages).
  • For orders below this threshold, a flat or variable shipping fee may apply, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Delivery Partners

We partner with reputed courier services including:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • Ecom Express

The carrier for your order will be selected based on product type and delivery location.

6. Order Processing & Dispatch

You will receive:

  • Order confirmation Email/SMS with estimated delivery date
  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery attempts fail due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refusal to accept

We will:

  1. Attempt delivery 2 more times
  2. Contact you for alternative arrangements
  3. Return to warehouse after 3 failed attempts (restocking fee may apply)

8. Damage During Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not accept delivery if damage is visible
  2. Take photographs of damaged packaging/product
  3. Contact us within 24 hours at support@genexmart.com

We will arrange replacement/refund per our Return Policy.

9. Delivery in Special Cases

9.1. Heavy/Bulky Items

Extra delivery time (7-10 days) and charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.

9.2. Restricted Items

Certain items (liquids, fragile goods) may require special packaging and handling.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Transportation strikes
  • Pandemics/epidemics
  • Other unforeseeable circumstances
